Campaign: PALMA x Liberta Spahiu
The campaign for the opening of Palma’s fth location in Kosovo was the result of six months
of dedicated work, strategic planning, and creative execution. The entire concept was built
around creating anticipation, building an emotional connection with the audience, and
introducing Palma’s arrival in a memorable way.
The strategy began with a series of teaser campaigns designed to spark curiosity and
conversation about what was coming next. Through carefully crafted visuals and messaging,
we gradually introduced the feeling of comfort and relaxation associated with the brand,
allowing the audience to connect with the concept before revealing the full message. These
teasers created intrigue and engagement, preparing the audience for the announcement that
something new was arriving.
For this campaign, we carefully selected Liberta Spahiu as the main face of the collaboration.
As one of the most recognizable media personalities in Kosovo, Liberta has a strong and
authentic connection with her audience. Her personality, credibility, and lifestyle align
naturally with the values of the PALMA brand, making her an ideal ambassador to
communicate the message of comfort, quality, and modern living.
After building anticipation through multiple teasers, the campaign revealed its central
message: “Comfort is coming to Prishtina.”
The campaign positioned Palma as a brand that brings comfort, quality, and a new experience
to the city. Through the collaboration with Liberta Spahiu and a carefully developed
storytelling approach, the campaign generated strong engagement, visibility, and excitement
around the opening of Palma’s newest location.
